  1. Without cleaning the peel, it is good to wash the tubers under running water, removing all impurities with a special brush.
  2. Cut the potatoes and cut into slices 1.5 - 2 cm thick.
  3. In a high frying pan or saucepan pour oil and heat it on fire.
  4. Spread the lobules in a container in such portions that the oil almost completely covers each of the pieces. Fry the potatoes until crisp, if necessary, turning the slices with a fork.
  5. Taking out slices from a frying pan, put them in a plate lined with paper napkins - they will absorb excess fat.

  6. In the resulting composition, add butter and tomato paste. Salt, pepper the dish and sprinkle with spices to your taste.
  7. Stir well all products, close the lid and turn on the "Quenching" mode. Cooking time - 40 minutes.

  4. Each slice of potatoes is dipped in olive oil and put on a baking tray skinned down. You can speed up the process by adding slices to the bag, pour oil in there and mix thoroughly.
  5. When all the potatoes are in shape, sprinkle the dish with salt and the remaining spices.
  6. Put the baking tray in the oven for 40-50 minutes.
