How to cook:

1. Cook the saute. Onions, celery root, garlic and carrots are rinsed. With onions and garlic, we peel off the husks, carrots and celery are peeled. How to cook:

1. Squash, tomatoes, garlic, greens thoroughly washed. Cut the greens finely. Garlic is peeled off the husks and passed through garlic. 2. How to cook:

1. Salad leaves, tomato, avocado carefully rinse. Lettuce leaves are torn, tomatoes are cut into rings, avocado and tuna are plates, capers are slices. 2. How to cook:

1. Lettuce leaves, tomatoes, greens and garlic carefully rinse. Garlic is peeled off the husks and passed through garlic. We chop the tomatoes into slices, we separate the seed part. Cut the greens finely. 2.Tvorog in the bowl weed with mayonnaise. Add crushed garlic, salt, pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. 3. Cucumber boats

How to cook:

1. Brynza cut into small cubes. 2. Small strong cucumbers thoroughly rinsed under running water. At cucumbers from above we cut (but not to the end!) A thin strip. We twist it with a platen and fix it with a skewer. Once again, the skewers fix the roller again. 3. In the prepared cucumber spoon gently remove some of the pulp. 4. The edge of the "boat" is cut out figuratively with a knife, on skewers we dress pieces of cheese, sweet pepper and black olives. 5. Dill greens rinse and finely chop. 6. We carefully rinse the tomatoes under running water, cut into small pieces. 7. Prepare the salad for the filling. Mix in a bowl of crushed tomatoes, cheese and greens, add mayonnaise. Thoroughly mix everything. 8. Ready "boats" fill with salad and decorate with pieces of olives.
