Sweet cream pancakes Creamy, sweet, very delicate pancakes with caramelized plums - an excellent dish for dessert! Such pancakes can be served with any caramelized fruit, but the plum in this role is simply excellent - with a small sour, rich aroma and bright colors! Pour the pancakes, which turned out after caramelizing with a cream sauce and decorate the dish with mint leaves!
Ingredients:- Wheat flour 4 tbsp. l.
- Potato starch 4 g
- Butter 80 g
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
- Cream 200 ml
- Milk 200 ml
- Baking powder 1 tsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Plum 3 pcs.
- Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
- Water boiled 2 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make cream pancakes with caramelized plums we need wheat flour, potato starch, sugar, butter, 15% cream, milk, chicken egg, baking powder, sunflower refined oil, large plums.
- Step 2 Plums mine, cut into rings, pruning the bone.
- Step 3 We combine the flour, starch, sugar and baking powder.
- Step 4 Stir.
- Step 5 Add the melted butter and drive the egg. Stirring.
- Step 6 Pour the cream and milk, continuously mixing the whisk so that no lumps form. The dough should be a pancake consistency.
- Step 7 Pour a little sunflower refined oil on a frying pan. This should be done only for the first pancake, then we do not need oil. We pour on a hot frying pan one ladle of dough. Fry on the one hand until the bubbles appear.
- Step 8 Turn the pancake and fry until done.
- Step 9 In the frying pan pour sugar and pour water, lay out the drain rings.
- Step 10 Cook on low heat, when the sugar melts and starts bubbling, and the plums let the juice in and become soft, then the sauce is ready.
- Step 11 Serve pancakes with caramelized plums for dessert, watering the resulting syrup and decorating with mint leaves.
