Pangasius cake A fish pie is made of short pastry with a filling made from Peking cabbage and potatoes. In the middle, between the layers, a tender fillet of pangasius is laid out. Yellow color filler, as well as an unusual taste will give saffron. The recipe is simple enough, the cake is baked in the shape of 28 cm. Ingredients:- Flour, wheat 300 g

- Step 1 Let's start with the dough, take: flour, cold butter, milk and egg.
- Step 2 In the bowl sift the flour, so the dough will be airy, add a pinch of salt, and then cut into small pieces of cold oil.
- Step 3 Well, we shall grate the flour with the oil with hands or a mixer until the crumbly mass.
- Step 4 Add 1 egg and 3 tbsp. l. milk. We mix the dough with our hands.
- Step 5 We blind the ball from the test, wrap it in a food film and remove it for 30 minutes or more in the refrigerator to ripen.
- Step 6 While the dough rests in the fridge, we prepare the filling: eggs, potatoes, leeks, Peking cabbage, broth, pangasius fillet, salt, pepper and saffron.
- Step 7 During the kneading test, we put water to boil. In boiling water we lower the pure potatoes in the peel. Boil until incomplete. We merge the water and again fill the potatoes with cold water for 2 minutes. Then completely drain the water from the pan.
- Step 8 While the potatoes are boiled, we will cut the washed onions with rings.
- Step 9 In a heated frying pan with a small amount of oil, put onions. A little fry.
- Step 10 The same time we cut the Peking cabbage with straw.
- Step 11 Add it to the onions, very little fry from all sides, stirring, about 1 minute.
- Step 12 We pour in the broth and cover it with a lid, stew for about 6 minutes in a low heat.
- Step 13 Peel the potatoes. We rub it on a coarse grater. Then add the potatoes to the pan and mix. Season with salt, pepper and add saffron - mix everything well.
