- Margarine - 200 Grams
- Sugar - 130 Grams
- Eggs - 5 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece (It will take the juice of this lemon and peel.)
- Flour - 200 Grams
- Baking Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Raisins - 120 Grams
- Butter - 2 Teaspoons (For lubricating the form)
- Chopping coconut - 4 Art. spoons
Margarine cut into pieces and mix with sugar. Heating on a plate, grind to a homogeneous liquid state. From the lemon squeeze the juice, remove the zest. Add the eggs, juice and lemon zest to a mixture of margarine and sugar. Beat thoroughly. Whisk should be at least 7-10 minutes. Add the sifted flour and loosen. Add raisins. Knead the dough. Lubricate the form with butter and lay out the dough. Cook in the "Baking" mode for 1 hour. After cooking, let cool for 15 minutes.
