Vitamin Salad Salad consists of three raw ingredients: cucumber, carrot and apple, which means it can be cooked very quickly and it is useful. Refueling in Chinese style from soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil and sesame gives an unpretentious salad composition a pleasant taste. Ingredients:- Cucumber 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Apple 1 pc.
- Sunflower refined oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Soy sauce 5 ml
- Honey 1 tbsp. l.
- Sesame White 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make a salad, take vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, sesame.
- Step 2 On a coarse grated grate cucumber, carrots and an apple.
- Step 3 To prepare the dressing, combine the sunflower oil, honey and soy sauce. Stir the ingredients for filling and lightly beat them until smooth.
- Step 4 Mix the grated ingredients, season with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
