- berries - 3/4 Cups
- yogurt - 1 glass
- condensed milk - 2-3 Art. spoons
- honey - 1 teaspoon
- orange juice - 2 items. spoons
- sprig of mint - 1 piece
1. You can take any mixture of berries or 1 type of frozen berries at will - raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, mulberries, etc. Defrosting berries is not necessary - they are sent to the blender directly from the freezer. 2. Squeeze fresh orange juice and mix it with honey until smooth. 3. Fold all the ingredients in a blender and whisk in several approaches until the fruit and yogurt mass becomes airy and lush. 4. Pour the prepared berry soup into a plate, decorate with a sprig of mint and immediately start eating - you can not stop until you eat the whole portion!
