Why go to McDonald's, a pizzeria or a sushi bar, if the same dishes can be cooked at home and eat fresh. Especially for sweet tooth we offer a recipe for a delicate biscuit with white chocolate, raisins or cranberries. A surprisingly delicious treat that simply melts in your mouth. It can be served entirely on the table, like a cake or a cupcake, and you can cut it in the same pieces and decorate each cake with whole cranberry berries and pieces of chocolate. And if you make tea with mint to this dessert, then all your guests will be delighted.
Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 200 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Butter 200 g
- Chocolate white 200 g
- Raisin light 3 handful
- Orange 1 pc.
- Baking powder 1 tsp.
- Sugar powder 3 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make a pie, take flour, eggs, white chocolate, butter, orange, raisins and sugar.
- Step 2 Clean the orange well and then remove the zest on it with a fine grater.
- Step 3 In the combine, whip the eggs with sugar, so that the mass brightens and increases in volume.

- Step 5 In a water bath, melt the white chocolate and butter.
- Step 6 Add the melted chocolate and butter to the bowl of the combine, add flour and a baking powder - knead it all at slow speed.
- Step 7 Then add half of the raisins to the dough, which you can thoroughly wash and dry and mix again.
- Step 8 Shape the baking mold with butter, put the dough into it, sprinkle the remaining raisins and lightly press it.
- Step 9 Bake in a preheated oven for up to 180 ° C for 25-35 minutes. Readiness to check with a wooden skewer - from the ready dough it should leave dry.
- Step 10 Biscuit slightly cool, then remove from the mold, cut into portions and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
