Eggplants look very much like mushrooms (thanks to the mushroom soup cubes), but you can still distinguish them from real mushrooms ... But those who are afraid of eating real mushrooms, this recipe will serve as a wand-help and will enable Enjoy the mushroom taste of wonderful, juicy, delicious eggplant!
Ingredients:- Eggplant 4 pcs.
- Cube of broth mushroom 1 pc.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Olive oil 100 ml
- Step 1 To prepare this dish, we need fatty sour cream, eggplant, onion, parsley, mushroom cube, olive oil (or refined vegetable).
- Step 2 Clean the eggplants.
- Step 3 Cut the eggplants in small slices.
- Step 4 Put the eggplant slices in a deep bowl, pour boiling water and leave for half an hour.
- Step 5 Grind the onion.
- Step 6 After 30 minutes, drain the water from the eggplant.
- Step 7 Whole onion in olive oil.
- Step 8 Add the eggplant slices to the onion, lightly fry.
- Step 9 Add sour cream and crushed mushroom cube. Do not salt! - this is very important, because the mushroom cube itself is salted, we do not need to add salt to the dish.
- Step 10 Stir and stew under the lid, periodically mixing, for about 8 minutes.
- Step 11 Grind the washed parsley greens. Add to the eggplant at the end of quenching, stir and remove the frying pan from the plate.
- Step 12 We serve Balazans with the taste of mushrooms as a side dish, like a warm salad or snack, in portions or in one dish.
