But due to its problematic self-assimilation by the body, vitamin A should be consumed together with natural fats. To fat-containing products include sour cream, butter, any sour-milk products.
  2. Enrichment of the diet with iron. From its quantity in the body directly depends visual acuity. To iron-containing products are: veal, rabbit meat, pork. In this case, the assimilation of iron significantly reduces the phytates contained in the cereals.
