How to massage the newborn for general recovery?

First of all, it is necessary to create a favorable atmosphere for the baby. Do not forget that babies are much colder than adults. Therefore, we recommend choosing the warmest room without drafts. If the kid is restless, then try to sing a positive song to him, pat on the head. Do not start massaging in a bad mood, as young children feel nervous tension very well. For massage, you need to buy a special baby oil that will not only moisturize the baby's skin, but also prevent irritation from the diaper.

So, as soon as all the above conditions are met, we can start the massage. To do this, first put the baby on the back and begin gently stroking the handles and legs. Further, pressing the fret can be slightly strengthened. Rinse this way you need at least 15 minutes. After that, proceed to the breast and tummy. Using finger pads, slightly pressing, apply circular motions. In order not to deliver discomfort, especially carefully you need to rub your tummy. The most favorable time for performing this procedure is before morning feeding or after a day's sleep.

If the infant has weakly expressed muscle tension, he is sluggish and inactive, that is, there is a hypotension, then the movements should be slightly more violent and rhythmic. Massage with hypotension is best done after waking and before bedtime. Massaging should be done daily twice a day. With a regular approach, the hypotonic muscle disappears completely.
