- medium carrots (about 8 pcs.) - 650 Grams

- shallots - 8 pieces
- olive oil - 1/4 cup
- salt and ground pepper - 1 part
- olives for decoration - 1 part
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Stir carrots, parsnips, shallots and butter, season with salt and pepper. Put the mixture on 2 sheets for baking. Bake until the vegetables soften and turn golden brown, about 35 minutes. Remove the shallots if it is ready before other vegetables. Serve with olives.
