- Potatoes - 800 Grams
- Salt sea - 1 teaspoon
- Rosemary (leaves) - 1 Art. a spoon
- Vegetable oil - 50 milliliters
Potatoes are cleaned, cut into 2-4 pieces (depending on the size of the tubers). We put in boiling salted water and cook, but not to the full readiness - the potato should remain a little firm. We drain the water, sprinkle potatoes with rosemary. We pour the potatoes with vegetable oil, mix it well and put it into a hot frying pan. Fry until golden brown. Before serving, you can once again sprinkle with rosemary.
