- tortillas - 6 pieces (Mexican tortillas)
- bank (500 g) of black beans - 1 piece
- tomato - 1 piece
- green onions - 2 pieces
- pepper jalapeno - 1 Piece (minced meat)
- cilantro - 1/2 cup
- lime juice - 2 items. spoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
Preheat the oven. Wash the beans under cold running water. Prepare the salsa. Place 1/4 cup black beans in a bowl of food processor. Grind and put in a bowl. Add the remaining beans, tomatoes, green onions, jalapeno pepper, coriander, lime juice and salt. Stir and then set aside. Make chips from flat cakes. Cut each tortilla cake into eight slices. Sprinkle the baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay the slices and bake until crisp and golden brown, from 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Allow to cool on the grate. Serve salsa with chips.
