Thai pasta Funchoza is rice noodles. Today I want to suggest preparing a stuff with pork and vegetables - it turns out a very tasty second course!
Ingredients:- Rice noodles 200 g
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Salt 1.5 tsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Coriander dry 0.25 tsp.
- Paprika sweet ground 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Cucumber 1 pc.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Pork pulp 400g
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 We need rice noodles, pork, sweet pepper, carrots, onions, fresh cucumber, garlic, paprika sweet ground, coriander, salt, lemon juice, black ground pepper and sunflower refined oil for cooking with vegetables and pork.
- Step 2 Cut the pork into strips.
- Step 3 Carrots, sweet peppers and onions are also cut into thin strips.
- Step 4 Fry the pork, salt and pepper, on a sunflower refined oil until cooked.
- Step 5 Rice noodles for 3 minutes pour cold water, drain the water and pour it with boiling water for five minutes.
- Step 6 We also cut the cucumber into strips.
- Step 7 Fry carrots, onions, peppers and cucumber in refined oil separately from each other.
- Step 8 Spread the vegetables to the pork.
- Step 9 Add the chopped garlic, paprika ground, coriander, a little salt, black pepper, lemon juice. Stir, fry for one minute.
- Step 10 Add the rice noodles, after having drained hot water from it.
- Step 11 Stir thoroughly, stew for five minutes, periodically stirring, over very slow heat, try the spices and set aside the pan from the plate. You can serve as a hot lunch for lunch as a second course, and in a cold form as a salad.
