Useful green salad I have been preparing this salad for a long time, introducing small variations in the ingredients, for example, instead of sesame seeds, you can take poppy seeds, and replace goat cheese with small cubes of hard cheese. The main quality of salad - a maximum of greenery in the form of salad leaves and kiwi remains unchanged. Why? Green vegetables and fruits are a source of not very known vitamin K1, thanks to which calcium accumulates in the body and metabolism is regulated. This is besides all other useful properties of the green pantry. K1 is fat-soluble, therefore for these salads it is recommended to refill with oil. Harmony of taste here is supplemented with sunflower seeds and sweet and sour butter sauce. In general, the salad is juicy, bright and tonic.
Ingredients:- Green salad 5 leaves
- Kiwi fruit 3 pcs.
- Seeds of sunflower peeled 2 tbsp. l.
- Sesame White 5 g
- Goat soft cheese 150 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Honey 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 Let's prepare for the salad such ingredients: the leaves of green salad, kiwi, goat cheese, sunflower seeds, sesame, olive oil, honey, lemon, pepper.
- Step 2 Peel the sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan until lightly bruised. The same must be done with sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Kiwi is peeled and cut into thin circles.
- Step 4 Lettuce leaves are washed, shake water and soak through a paper towel, tear the leaves with pieces and fill them with a large flat dish.
- Step 5 Put the kiwi mugs on the lettuce leaves, completely filling the dish. We leave a few circles for decorating the salad.
- Step 6 Soft goat cheese loosely cut over the surface of the kiwi.
- Step 7 Mix honey, lemon juice, a little oil, adding freshly ground pepper to taste, and, if desired, salt (I usually do not put it).
- Step 8 Add the remaining oil and whisk the mixture to a homogeneous sauce.
- Step 9 Sprinkle with sour-sweet oil sauce salad, sprinkle with two kinds of sunflower seeds. We cut the kiwi mugs left for decoration to the middle and decorate them with a salad, spreading the cut pieces so that the kiwi mugs seem to be walking along the salad. We serve immediately.
