- Step 5 Caramel will be very foaming. It is necessary to interfere all the time. When the foam starts to go off a bit, add 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice. Cook the caramel until it becomes a shiny golden color.
- Step 6 Pour the caramel nuts. Quickly interfere so that all the nuts are covered in caramel. No more than 1 minute.
- Step 7 Put the liquid thick mixture on the parchment. Leave to cool down. Removed from the parchment perfectly! Freezes quickly.
- Step 8 Break into pieces. Fold in packages and give to friends, treat loved ones. Store the grilling in an airtight container in a cool dry place (not in the refrigerator) for 2 weeks.
