Ginger marmalade, recipe - the necessary ingredients
For cooking medicinal homemade marmalade cook:
- lemon (more than average) - 1 pc;
- ginger
fresh or dry) - 2 tsp; - sugar (white or brown) - 250 g;
- Vanilla (to taste) - pinch;
- agar-agar - 1 tsp. or 3 g;
- water (room temperature) - 550 ml.

Ginger marmalade at home - step by step instructions: Fill agar-agar with water (200 ml) and leave for an hour, so that it is slightly swollen (the container must be such that it can then be put on fire). - Remove lemon peel. Grind the zedra on a grater.
- Peel ginger and grate on a fine grater (or just add dry ginger).
- In the water (350 ml) put the sugar, heat until it completely dissolves. Dip into the syrup lemon, ginger and vanilla sugar. Boil for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
- Finish the syrup through a sieve.
- Ware the dishes with agar-agar on the fire and also boil a couple of minutes.
- Combine the two syrups and, after having cooled a little, pour into the mold (pre-form the food film).
- When the syrup completely assumes a jelly-like consistency, it must be removed from the mold and allowed to dry during the day.
- Dice our ginger marmalade and roll in sugar. However, it is not necessary to sprinkle with sugar, it can be replaced, for example, with coconut shavings.
