Adidas - it's not just shoes, clothes, toilet water and accessories, it's also a plus to all the lifestyle. This trademark managed to combine two very important qualities in the world of brands - this is a unique combination of traditions and new technologies. Thanks to this, the brand Adidas is known all over the world, where it is very popular. But, as they say, famous brands "need to know in person" and therefore we decided to acquaint you with the roots of the emergence of this brand and its status to date. Remember that the history of the creation of the brand Adidas is a whole legend that lasted more than one decade and which every admirer of this brand should know.

Adidas is a huge German industrial concern that specializes in the production of sportswear, footwear and equipment. At the moment, the general director of this trademark is Herbert Heiner. Under his leadership, the company is active and pleases its fans with new collections of sportswear clothing and accessories for both men and women. Let's now finally touch on the beginning and history of the creation of the brand Adidas.

The story of Adidas.

The history of the trade mark Adidas takes its beginning back in 1920. This year, one modest and unknown to anyone at that time a baker named Adi Dassler from the German town of Herzogenaurach, being an avid football player, made his own shoes for playing football. His first pair of sports sneakers was made by him himself by hand, and for him the forts were forged by a friend who had his own forge. After a while, Adi Dassler produced a whole collection of the same sneakers, which were very well sold out. The material from which Dassler sewed his shoes was taken from old and decommissioned soldiers' belts, boots and military uniforms.

In 1923, after uniting with his brother Rudolf Adi, Dassler rented the very first premises with the aim of making his shoes there. And already in 1925 the brothers registered their personal shoe factory of the Dassler brothers in the city of Herzogenaurach. Adi, as a true sports fan, has always held the opinion that professional sports shoes should have such equipment, which will help athletes to achieve the best results. Therefore, the main goal of creating this brand of footwear was to take care of each individual athlete. This is exactly what the brothers were guided by.

And, strange as it may seem, it worked, and Das's shoes with lehrs gained immense popularity among athletes. It is for these reasons that in 1928, this footwear was first introduced at the Olympic Games, which took place in Amsterdam. But already in 1936 at the Olympic Games in Amsterdam athlete Jesse Owen, shod in "Dassler", was able to win as many as four gold medals and this brought world recognition not only to himself, but also this footwear. But because of the negative political situation in Germany in the 30-40's and the second World War following it, the company's activity was suspended.

Only after the war, the factory for sewing shoes Dassler, which was already at that time captured by the Americans, again launched its production. Renewing the factory, Adi Dassler created for the American athletes skates and shoes for sports from old ropes, baseball gloves and rubber chips, since in the post-war years the necessary material for tailoring shoes was a huge deficit.

In 1948, the brothers began to work independently. Rudolf became the founder of the Puma trademark, and Adi called his firm, taking the first syllable of his surname, Adidas. At this very stage, history learned about a new star in the world of sporting style with already established traditions. Also the company at the stage of its creation acquired its own individual logo. They became famous to this day three strips, which were originally designed to support the foot in sports sneakers. To date, this logo has slightly changed and along with the stripes it is a shamrock.

The newly-made company has become not only a pioneer in the creation of high-quality and high-tech models, but also excelled in the field of sports advertising. And first of all, thanks to the close work with the sports stars. The first persons of the trade mark Adidas were such sportsmen as Muhammad Ali and Franz Beckenbauer. In addition to these stars, the history of the company's creation can be proud of its close friendship with David Beckham, Zin Zidane and Raul.

Adidas today.

Modern history says that until the middle of the twentieth century, the brand was engaged in the production of exclusively sports shoes, but in 1952 everything changed radically and the world saw the first bags of Adidas. This is what helped the company move away from the image of the exclusively shoe brand. In 1963, the first football with the Adidas logo was released. But two years later the company, embracing all sorts of sports equipment, launched a clothing line.

To date, the composition of the trademark three units Sport Performance, Sport Heritage and Sport Style.

Sports Performance.

Offers a very beautiful, functional and modern outfit for athletes such as football players, basketball players, runners and tennis players. In the winter of 2005, within the Adidas line and together with the popular British designer Stella McCartney, the very first collection of women's sportswear for sports and recreation was presented.

Sports Heritage.

It represents those things that have preserved the heritage of the brand as much as possible. These collections have revived elements from popular old collections. A lot of attention is paid to combining classics with modern design.

Sport Style .

Constantly surprises and dictates the future in modern fashion. The creation of these models of clothing is led by Yohji Yamamoto, and the pop diva of America Madonna is a devoted fan of this line.

By the way, not so long ago the famous hip-hop performer Missy Ellot began her close cooperation with Adidas, which included the creation of fashionable sexy clothes for any occasion of life. This clothing line was called Respect Mi.
