Rolls with shrimps and tobiko caviar or rolls "Rising Sun" Did you notice that most Japanese dishes have very poetic names? Of course, this applies mainly to those dishes that were created exactly in Japan, and not those that in the image and likeness are being prepared in other countries. The Japanese are recognized masters in the world to give dishes mysterious and beautiful names, as well as decorate them. The art of decoration and filing in this country is elevated to the cult. This need arose in ancient times, when a modest set of products had to be filled with grace and beauty of decoration. Even now, the dishes of Japanese cuisine are often said to be prepared not so much for food as for the pleasure of seeing. All this is true, but having spent time preparing quite difficult to perform and beloved by many rolls, I want to make them taste good. If you want to enjoy both the appearance of the created dish, and its taste and name, then prepare the Rolls Rising Sun. Is not it true that this name already excites if not an appetite, then a great interest. And the taste will not disappoint you, especially if you prepare rolls with us, and serve them with the petals of pickled ginger and paste Wasabi.
