Green smoothies Such overseas term as "smoothies" in some houses, or rather the cuisine comes late, but fixes its position for a long time. So it happened with us. It was enough just to try this fruit dessert once to plan it in several variations. Moreover, now summer and fruits occupy half of the refrigerator. Milk and fruit smoothies, which we offer in this recipe, are the basis for your creativity. But, to smoothies turned out especially useful - prepare the dairy component yourself. Alternatively, you can buy a bacterial yeast from any pharmacy and make yogurt. We used smoothies for smoothies - a sour milk drink, of Caucasian nationality. It turned out to be natural, satisfying, and most importantly useful!
Ingredients:- Yogurt drinking 500 ml
- Kiwi fruit 4 pcs.
- Bananas 3 pieces.
- Peppermint fresh 25 g
- Step 1 For milk smoothies, take: 0.5 liters of sour-milk drink 2-3 bananas, 4 kiwis and a twig of fresh mint.
- Step 2: Peel the bananas and kiwis. Rinse the mint and separate the leaves from the stem. Cut the fruit into large pieces.
- Step 3 Banana, kiwi and mint are put in a deep bowl, if you use a submerged blender.
- Step 4 Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
- Step 5 Add the sour milk drink to the fruit and whisk for 2-3 minutes. The dessert is ready.
