So, in his words, in the winter season the shish kebab, which is supposedly cooked in the traditional way, is actually cooked for this recipe - in the oven :) So, the recipe of the home shish kebab in the oven: 1. Prepare the meat - mine, cut the veins and cut into small pieces. Salo cut into thin plates. 2. Clean the onions and rub on a large grater in a bowl of meat. 3. Sprinkle the meat with spices, salt and squeeze out the juice of half a lemon (or add vinegar). Mix well and leave for an hour to marinate. 4. We string meat and fat on wooden skewers.
