Now let's prepare the ingredients for the salad: mango it into small cubes, pepper and onion - small pieces, squash - small cubes, lamb - thin slices. Shrimp leave whole. We spread the ingredients on 4 plates: shrimps with meat separately, zucchini separately, mango separately, onions and peppers separately. Fill each plate with a small amount of marinade, mix the contents of each plate - and leave for 10-15 minutes to soak. Actually, you can proceed to the staged frying of ingredients. In a frying pan, warm up a small amount of butter and vegetable oil, put there slices of mango (without marinade) and fry in medium heat for 2-3 minutes. We remove mango from a frying pan, instead of them we send roast zucchini. Similarly, fry zucchini for 3-4 minutes. Fried zucchini is added to the mango, and in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes fry onion and pepper (again, without marinade). Fried peppers and onions are shifted to mangoes and zucchini, and we put prawns and meat in a frying pan. These products, too, fry literally 3-4 minutes - if the meat was sliced ​​thin, that's enough. Fried meat and shrimp are also added to the rest of the fried ingredients.
