A coffee tree. Unfortunately, coffee is not grown in our country, so we can not drink young, fresh coffee. But if you want to try it, you can take advantage of two options - go to relax in the country where coffee is grown, or grow a coffee tree at home. Of course the harvest from one tree is only about 0.5 kilograms per year and it will be possible to collect the first one only after a few years, but it's worth it. The coffee tree grows about 1 meter in height. It has large, dark, shiny leaves, wavy along the edge. Blossoms with white flowers, which are later replaced by round fruits - grains.

If you want to know how to grow an exotic plant at home, then choose the coffee tree, since it is almost unpretentious. The main thing is not to forget in time to water and not create drafts. Water the plant should be when the upper part of the soil slightly dry. Excessive and insufficient watering leads to the loss of leaves. In winter, you should slightly limit watering. Light will fit scattered. The shadow slows growth, and bright light leads to yellowing and wrinkling of the leaves. If all the conditions are met, fresh coffee will be ripened in your house every year.

Avocado. From the simple stone of an avocado in the apartment it is possible to grow up a tree in height up to 1 meter. True fruit it will not. This requires other conditions - trees 20 meters high, as well as a tropical or subtropical climate. But to have at home even an ever green tree avocado is also quite interesting.

If you are the first time to grow an exotic plant at home, you just need an avocado. You just need to plant a mixture of crushed claydite and raw peat bone with a blunt end down, and the point to leave outside. The best time of year for breeding avocado is spring. It is necessary to create high humidity, for this, cover the pot with a plastic bag or glass and place it in the area of scattered sunlight or artificial light. The temperature in this place should not fall below 18 ° Celsius. Under normal conditions, within a month your first tree will have its first shoots.

Citrus. Orange, lemon, mandarin, grapefruit - You can grow them both in your apartment and in the garden. However, usually trees grown from citrus fruits have large sizes, respectively, they are better planted in the garden. In the apartment you can grow, for example, Dwarf Orange, which is only 1 meter in height.

Let's consider cultivation of citrus on an example of an orange. For beginners this process will be pleasant. The main conditions are correct light and watering. Place the orange in a brightly lit room, which, moreover, can be well ventilated by not dry air. In summer, watering should be abundant and regular, and in winter it is necessary to significantly reduce it. Water for irrigation should be warm and settled. In the period from March to October, you need to make fertilizer every week for plants blossoming decoratively. With all the rules of cultivation, your house will always be filled with a pleasant citrus aroma.

The Flycatcher. If you want to grow not just an exotic plant, but a predatory one, you can try a flytrap. And although this predator outside the will will live a short life, you will get more pleasure from watching it than from watching fixed plants.

The flycatcher needs high humidity and moderate lighting for life. The soil must be constantly moist, as dryness has a detrimental effect on plant traps. Also, do not use fertilizers, because of them the roots begin to die. Occasionally you can feed the predator live insects. But it is not necessary to specifically irritate traps, this is a direct road to the death of your exotic friend. If you are good at keeping all the conditions, then twice a year the flytrap will delight you with its beautiful white flowers.

Oleander. If you decide to dilute the oleander, take care in advance of the place where it will grow. He needs a large room or a greenhouse. Even if it is a small bush when buying, the oleander will certainly grow. In the summer it blooms with beautiful fragrant flowers, which are collected over the narrow leaves in a brush. Color of flowers can be different: red, pink, white and yellow. But remember that the juice and wood of this beautiful flower is poisonous. Therefore, if you have children, you should not plant such a plant.

Oleander does not like cramped, but loves bright light and very warm air. In the warm season, the bush must be watered abundantly every day. Once a month, it is recommended to apply organic and mineral fertilizers. To oleander blossom well, it is necessary to regularly cut out the sprouting shoots. Such a graceful plant will become a wonderful decoration of your living room, your office or winter garden.

A pineapple. For sure, many would like not to go to the department store for exotic fruits, and have them fresh at home. So why not grow yourself, for example, pineapple?

To do this, you must first buy pineapple in the store. But see that his "tail" is not frozen. Cut the "tail" of it under the root, remove the lower leaves and dry in a vertical position for 2-3 weeks. Then plant it in a flower pot, flattening the ground around it with your hands, cover with a plastic cap and put it in a bright place, avoiding direct sunlight. Water should be very warm water abundantly, but rarely. In a month there will be rootlets, and after 2.5 years the plant will blossom. And soon you can expect the appearance of the fetus. But then the pineapple will die, although it can leave behind shoots from which it will be possible to grow a new plant.
