1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt and yeast, beat with a mixer at low speed. In a small saucepan on a fire or in a small bowl in a microwave oven, heat the milk until it becomes very warm, but not hot. Add the butter and mix, then add water and honey. 2. Slowly add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir until homogeneous. Put the dough on a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes. Alternatively, knead the dough hook in a bowl at high speed for about 10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth. Put the dough into a lightly oiled bowl, cover and let rise 2 times, about 45 minutes-1 hour. 3. After the dough rises, lay it on a lightly floured surface, roll it into a square, and then roll it into a rectangle about 22 cm in length and lay it in a form lined with parchment. Cover with a clean dry towel and let it go up again 2 times, about 40 minutes. 4. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
