d. Pick up a pencil and begin to follow its movements. First, fully extend the arm and slowly approach the pencil to the tip of the nose. There was a double look in his eyes - stop. Now gradually remove the pencil, returning it to its original position. Repeat the exercise 10 times. And do as many as before every eye.
e) Start reading in a special way. To begin with, read the book at a convenient and familiar distance for 3 minutes. Then take the book a little further and begin to peer into the "fuzzy" letters and words. Read the book this way for 3 more minutes. Allocate each day for 15-30 minutes of time for this exercise.

2. Massage the eyes. First, rub your palms against each other until heat appears in them. Now, place your elbows on the table. Connect the little fingers and shock parts of the palms. Start within 2 minutes gently massage your eyes, making pressure, stroking, rotation and vibration. If everything is done correctly, you will begin to feel the warmth in your eyes. Relax your eyes and let them rest.
Important! When performing the massage, the forehead becomes the main support point. The lower part of the palms only slightly touches the eyes.
3. Start eating correctly. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Drink natural fresh juices (do not buy those in stores).
