Yes, my grandmother in a remote village, whose bread is baked on natural leaven of malt or hop and in a large oven is only useful for the body, but in our city bakeries bread is very different. The preparation of bread, which we eat every day, uses thermophilic yeast. Thermophilic yeast or zukromycetes, or saccharomycetes are used in the alcohol industry and brewing. These yeast are not created by nature. They contain an extract that leads to the growth of malignant tumors. First, the yeast enters the cells of the gastrointestinal tract, then into the blood. Thermophilic yeast multiplies in our body and destroys the microflora of our body, because of which the activity of all our organs is disrupted. Subsequently, the formation of sand, and then stones in the gall bladder, liver, pancreas. In the intestine, a pathogenic microflora develops and the process of decay increases, constipation appears, immunity of the intestine decreases, vitamins and trace elements cease to be absorbed. Demand generates supply and flour milling industry more and more is gaining momentum in its development. Today, the flour has completely lost its useful qualities and has acquired properties that maim our health. It already does not add anything to achieve impeccable whiteness and fence off harmful insects, but unlike insects, we have no idea what this first-rate flour carries in itself.

Already at various congresses, reports are read that bread is a deadly product. Various experiments are conducted, which prove that eating white bread increases the risk of cancer. Scientists are sounding the alarm, nutritionists at every step say that bread is bad for the figure. The bread that our ancestors baked was useful for the figure, no matter how ridiculous it sounded, but the pounds lost weight from bread, and now on the contrary. And all because the current bread clogs the gastrointestinal tract and what should, in theory, go out inside.

I'm not saying that you absolutely need to stop eating bread, buy good bread with bran and cereals or bezdozhzhevoy, and not white air bread. Better bake yourself! I understand, it's delicious, but remember what it can cost you! Previously, baked bread, which improved digestion and increased immunity, but now it's the other way around.
