- white cabbage - 0.5 Kilogram
- apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup
- sugar substitute - 1.5 teaspoons
- flakes of hot pepper - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- cumin seed - 2 teaspoons
- black pepper - To taste
- water - 1/4 Glass
- red bell pepper - 1 piece
Instead of white cabbage, you can also use a colored cabbage. Preparation: Bulgarian peppers cut into cubes. Cabbage finely chop, throw out a cob. In a small saucepan, mix the apple cider vinegar, sugar substitute, cumin, pepper, salt, black pepper and water. Bring to a boil, cook for 4 minutes, then turn off the fire. Put cabbage and bell pepper in the steamer compartment. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Lay the vegetables on a dish, pour the prepared sauce through a sieve, mix and immediately serve.
