• Water 150 ml
• Salt 1 g

• Step 1 To prepare the custard batter for dumplings we will need flour, water, sunflower oil and salt.
• Step 2 Sift the flour.
• Step 3 In the center, make a small hole and pour in the sunflower oil.
• Step 4 Put a little oil in the flour with a spoon.
• Step 5 Boil the water with salt.
• Step 6 Wipe the hot water in the groove and immediately knead the dough - first with a spoon and then with hands.
• Step 7 Knead the dough for 15-20 minutes. Labor does not make it - the dough comes out very soft, plastic.
• Step 8 Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.
• Step 9 The dough is ready for use.
