How to prepare a kombucha-tea?

Boil water, put tea, kombuha-enzyme and sugar in a cup, pour boiling water and allow 10-15 minutes to brew. Stir and strain through a tea strainer, then pour the tea into a clean glass jar.
Cover it with a saucer and cool to room temperature, then cover the jar with gauze, fastening it with an elastic band. The fabric will protect tea from dust and insects, which attracts a sweet smell. In addition, the kombucha-enzyme must "breathe", that is, get oxygen.
Place the vessel in a well-ventilated area for 8-12 days. Tea will be ready for use when it becomes white and moderately sweet. Finally, remove the tea fungus from the liquid and rinse it in a colander under running water to keep it until the next brew. Strain the tea and pour it into the bottles. So, you can store it in the cold for a few weeks.
To remove slags and gases, it is recommended to drink 0.5 liters of kombucha-tea daily. This amount is divided into 3 portions and is drunk in the morning on an empty stomach, in the afternoon and in the evening for 1 portion.
