From the meat pulp, onion and white bread soaked in milk, we twist the stuffing. In the resulting stuffing we add egg, salt and pepper. Now minced meat needs to be properly kneaded - the more we do it, the milder will be zrazy. From the resulting stuffing we form a flat cake, in the center we spread a little fried in vegetable oil mushrooms. We form our zrazes, bread them in breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan on both sides until golden brown, then reduce heat, cover with a lid and stew for several more minutes until cooked. Zrazy are ready!
