Select any colors that are vamped. It is best to consider the coloring of the wallpaper and furniture, so that everything is harmonious. Having prepared the necessary attributes, you can go to the indirect process.

  1. Make a cut, considering the length of the bar. Leave 10 cm free for the sidewalls.

  2. Make a smooth wave with the help of tissue. It is enough 70 cm and 1.5 cm at the seams.

  3. Next, fasten everything with pins.
  4. Now go to sewing with your hands.

  5. Make a mark in the middle of the curtains and slats, fasten with a stapler. Then add a lining cloth, and at the edges release freely falling ends. Bind the ribbons and your lambrequin is ready! Below is the pattern.

Soft lambrequin for the bedroom: instruction with photo

We offer one more simple soft lambrequin for a bedroom on the basis of a svag (hanging at the top of the element). Its length should be 30 cm, provided that the window in height reaches no more than 1.5 m. Since lambrequin will consist of beautiful folds, we take twice as much fabric.

  1. Make a pattern of the svag, attaching a sheet of paper to the cornice. Place the rope from one end of the cornice to the other, as in the photo below. Draw the outline of the braid on the sheet. Cut out the pattern and make the workpiece.

  2. Then go on to create wrinkles. They should be the same in depth.

  3. At the bottom of the svaga, attach the ribbon. Iron and fix with tape on the cornice.
