Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate with a square baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, set aside. In another bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, apple sauce, sour cream, melted chocolate, eggs, butter. Add flour to the mixture. Place the dough in a prepared form and sprinkle pieces of chocolate on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool, remove from the mold and cut into 16 squares.
