Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Lubricate the round shape with fat and sprinkle with flour. Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until the foam forms, about 1 minute. Add the mixture for the cake, water and canola oil; continue whisking for 2 minutes at medium speed. Divide the dough into six separate pieces. Using a toothpick, add a little food coloring to one ball of dough and mix. Thus, color all the parts of the dough in different colors. Spoon the dough into the prepared form, alternating the colors. Bake in a preheated oven until the toothpick leaves the cake clean, about 30-35 minutes. Cool in the form for 10 minutes, then remove from the mold.
