Mix flour and sugar. Finely-finely chop the oil and add to the flour. We beat the eggs and also introduce them into the dough, which is quickly mixed and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. After half an hour we pass the dough through a meat grinder. Spread the dough on a sheet and bake in the oven until brown. Do not forget to stir so that the baby does not burn. For the cream, we need a jar of condensed milk and whipped butter. Mix both ingredients, then whisk, gradually adding vanillin and cognac. Apples are cleaned, cut into slices, put on a sheet for baking, moistened with water. Sprinkle apples with sugar and keep in the oven until softened. Prepare the jelly from a glass of cranberry juice, a glass of boiling water, 2 tbsp. l. sugar and 2 tsp. spoons of swollen gelatin. Now take the cooled dough and mix it with the cream. One part of the received mass is densely packed on a dish, so that a dense base is obtained. Then lay a layer of stewed apples and sprinkle with grated lemon zest.
