Frozen vegetables are quite suitable as a garnish. Cook them immediately before use (preferably in an electric oven): so the useful substances will not be lost, and time will be saved. Remember that frozen foods can not be kept warm: as melting ice crystals, vitamins also volatilize. And in this case, lunch - an important meal can be moved to dinner. And this is not very good for a working and already hungry organism.

One of the most common options for an office lunch is all kinds of instant cooking products: soups in glasses, mashed potatoes, "quick" cereals, pilaf, vermicelli, etc. The assortment of these "gifts of civilization" is huge.

In the best case, after regular intake of food with such supplements, digestion disorders may occur, in the worst case it often comes to gastritis or stomach ulcers.

Choosing a package of "instant" food for lunch - an important meal, carefully read what is written on the package. If the list is full of flavors, thickeners and taste improvers, it is better to refuse the purchase. And do not be attracted by beautiful pictures on the package depicting an appetizing chicken, ham or mushrooms: these are just pictures. So think ten times before "doing it in a fast way!"
