1. Finely chop cloves of garlic. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the pepper on a large baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, turning over once, until the peppers become soft. 2. Prepare the marinade. Bring the vinegar, water, sugar and salt in a large saucepan to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves. Let cool for about 30 minutes. If you want to speed up the cooling process, bring to a boil all the ingredients with one cup of water, and then pour in two cups of cold water. Ready to put the Bulgarian pepper in a large bowl and cover with a lid. Allow to cool for 15 minutes, then remove peel, core and seeds. 3. Cut the pepper into strips and place in a large bowl or container. Pour the marinade and add crushed garlic. Cover and refrigerate for one day.
