How to help tired legs

Often we return home with the feeling that our feet are leaden. And so at this moment you want to get rid of the feeling of heaviness, returning ease to your feet! There are some ways that will help relieve fatigue in the legs.

There are several reasons that can cause leg fatigue: varicose veins, flat feet, excessive body weight, overstrain of leg muscles. But today we will not talk about the reasons, but how to help get rid of the calf muscles from fatigue.

So, how to remove the excruciating fatigue of your legs?

Returning in the evening, take off your shoes and tights or stockings. Sit comfortably and raise your legs so that you can lean against the wall at a great angle. Such a rest for ten minutes will cause an outflow of blood, fatigue in your legs will pass and you will feel a surge of energy.

Another procedure is a foot bath. It also takes no more than ten minutes of your free time. Prepare one basin with hot water, and a second with cool water. Dip your feet for several minutes in hot water, then for ten seconds in cold water. Repeat the procedure several times. After that, wipe your feet with a towel and put on soft socks.

Perfectly removes the fatigue of the feet coniferous bath. Take twenty grams of pine extract, a few tablespoons of sea salt and add it all to the basin with warm water, where you lower your legs for five minutes.

You may prefer lavender or chamomile herbal baths more. They are prepared this way: three tablespoons of one of the selected herbs pour one liter of boiling water and insist for half an hour. Then strain the infusion and add to the water in the pelvis. You can insist herbs in the morning to take a bath in the evening. You can store the solution for two to three days in a cold place in a glass container with a tight-fitting lid.

Another way is preparing a bath from the roots of aira. Pour a few tablespoons of root with one liter of cool water and bring to a boil over a small fire. Strain without settling. All, the infusion is ready for use. It can also be stored in a cool place without worrying that it will lose its medicinal properties.

After the procedure, wipe the soles with a washcloth. You can do a foot massage. To do this, moisten the hands with vegetable oil and rub the legs well from the ankle to the knee, then vice versa.

You can remove the tension of the legs with the help of exercises: rise to the socks and drop sharply on the heels. After fifteen such "concussions" make a ten-minute break and again repeat the exercise. Carry out the exercise three times.

Sit on a chair and, lifting your legs up, make them circular motions. Repeat twenty times. This exercise will help improve blood circulation, and you will feel lightness in your legs.

Another exercise: bend your toes down, and then straighten them up. Do the exercise two or three times a day.

In addition, a massager for the sole, which can be purchased at sporting goods stores, can be superfluous in the house. Just before buying, read the instructions, as each individual massage machine is characterized by its own characteristics.

And yet, with constant fatigue wear socks and pantyhose only from natural fibers - cotton, silk, wool. If possible, give up kapron. Also, make sure that there is no rough seam from the underside of the pantyhose.

Wear extremely comfortable and comfortable shoes made of leather or a good substitute. Forget about flip flops and sandals, which tighten the straps straps. Also, give up narrow and uncomfortable shoes and, of course, from a high heel.

Every day take care of your legs, and such annoying fatigue will very quickly recede!
