Sour cream, kefir

Sour cream, carrots

If the hair is heavily falling out, it is recommended to make at least two times a week a mask of sour cream and grated carrots. Juicy, fresh carrots should be grated on a fine grater and add to it two tablespoons of sour cream. Apply the mask to the hair and scalp for forty minutes, then rinse with a suitable shampoo. With the same purpose, you can use freshly squeezed carrot juice.

Sour cream, egg yolk, honey, cognac, castor oil

Effective with intense hair loss will be the next mask: the yolk is thoroughly beaten, then one tablespoon of honey and a little cognac is added, beaten again, and a tablespoon of castor oil and two tablespoons of fatty sour cream are injected into the resulting mixture, after which it should be beaten again. The mixture should be slightly heated in a water bath and applied to the scalp with a wide soft brush, then rub it into the roots of the hair with neat massaging movements. The mask should be kept for at least an hour and a half, wrapped in polyethylene and a towel, then rinse off with warm water and then with hot water using shampoo. It is recommended to use burdock or freshly brewed tea as a rinse aid. Such a mask should be done within six months, three times a month.

Sour Mask for Hair Growth

Sour cream, horseradish, honey, vegetable oil, lemon juice, oatmeal

For hair growth, a mask with horseradish is a good choice. For its preparation you need to clean, wash and grate two small roots of horseradish on a small grater, add the vegetable in ceramic ware, add a tablespoon of sour cream, a teaspoon of honey, half a teaspoon of vegetable oil and lemon juice, one tablespoon of oatmeal, and carefully mix. The mask should be applied before washing your head along the entire length of your hair, wrap it for forty minutes, then wash it off with your shampoo. The procedure should be carried out twice a week for a month.

Using the following masks can make hair thicker and accelerate their growth:

Three egg yolks, a tablespoon of sour cream and mustard, cranberry juice, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar carefully mix and apply to the hair before washing them. The mask needs to stand for fifteen minutes and wash your hair.

On a tablespoon of cranberry puree and sour cream mix with water in equal parts, add three teaspoons of mustard, mix, and apply to the hair and scalp. Mustard for masks should not be taken from the store, but mustard powder should be diluted with water.
