If cosmetic procedures are carried out occasionally, then there will be no effect. Masks with this product can be done for the face. But especially useful are masks with sour cream for hair.
Sour cream for dry hair
- A good mask for dry hair type, made from honey, sour cream, egg yolk and raw potatoes. We take a small potato, peel it, rub it on a small grater, squeeze out the juice, add a spoonful of sour cream and honey, raw yolk. All this is carefully mixed and applied to the skin and scalp, keep for about 20-25 minutes. Cover it with a packet, then with a thick towel. The mask is washed off with shampoo (which you use constantly).
- Two tablespoons of sour cream (soup kitchens), mixed with two raw yolks, whisk well and smear this mixture with hair and scalp, leave for 15 minutes. The mask should be covered with a packet.
- The sour mask with burdock will help to get rid of dandruff, strengthen hair and give good nutrition to the hair. Fill with a glass (200 ml) of boiling water st. l. shredded burdock, insist 1 hour and mix with 3/4 cup sour cream. I wash my hair and apply a mask on clean, slightly damp hair for about 15 minutes. We wash off with usual shampoo.
- Mask for dry curly hair. Take a tablespoon of sour cream, castor and olive oil, add the egg yolk, all the vzobem and put on for 30 minutes on the hair. Over the mask is advised to put on the package. We wash off with shampoo, suitable for curly hair.
- Nourishing and moisturizing mask of sour cream, cucumber and avocado for dry hair. Stir in the blender half of the avocado, one small fresh cucumber and 1/3 cup sour cream. The resulting gruel is applied to the hair for 40 minutes, rinsed off with warm water using a shampoo.
- Mask for very dry hair. Take 1 avocado, 4 liters. sour cream (tea), three liters. olive oil (tea), preferably the first cold pressing, mix in a blender and apply for twenty minutes. on damp hair.
Sour cream for normal and dry hair
Here are masks that are suitable for both dry hair type and normal type.
- We mix a spoon (table) of lemon juice, a half-spoonful of wheat germ oil, two tsp. sour cream and apply for 15 minutes on the hair.
- Take two tablespoons of honey and the same amount of sour cream, mix it and put 20 minutes on the hair.
- Take the art. spoon of coconut oil, sour cream, yogurt, mix and apply to dry hair. And forget for half an hour.
- 1 tbsp. l. sour cream, as much honey, egg yolk, half of the ripe banana is mixed until a homogeneous gruel is applied and applied to the hair. The mask is left for 40 minutes.
All these masks are washed off with a suitable shampoo with warm water. It is desirable to dry hair naturally, without using a hair dryer.
Masks with sour cream for problem hair
- For weakened and thin hair, make a firming mask: mix in equal proportions sour cream with kefir and apply for 30 minutes on the hair. If you make and apply a similar mask regularly, then your hair will become thicker and stronger.
- If the hair falls out strongly, it is advised to make a sour cream mask with grated carrots twice a week. Fresh carrots rubbed on grater, grind into a slurry with two st. l. sour cream and apply for 40 minutes on the hair and scalp. Instead of carrots you can use fresh carrot juice. The mask is washed off with the shampoo that you use.
- With increased hair loss, this nourishing mask will help: take one st. l. honey as much cognac and castor oil, two tablespoons of fatty sour cream, egg yolk. Whisk the yolks, add cognac and honey to it, stir again, add sour cream and castor oil, and whisk again. Before application, the mass is heated a little on a water bath and applied for 1.5 hours with a wide soft brush on the head, massaging movements rubbing into the roots of the hair, then rub the gruel along the entire length of the hair. On top of the mask put on the bag and wrap it with a warm towel. The mask is washed off at first with warm water and a hot wake with shampoo. The hair is rinsed with the infusion of burdock or freshly brewed tea. This mask should be done twice a month for six months.
- Nourishing mask for normal type and dry hair: two st. spoons of 20 percent sour cream, 1 yolk, 2 tsp. celery juice, 0.5 lemon. All mixed and applied by massage movements on the scalp and then on the hair. We wrap it and leave it for half an hour, then wash it off with shampoo.
Sour Mask for Hair Growth
- To hair grew better, you can make a sour cream mask with horseradish: 2 small horseradish roots are well washed, cleaned, three on a grater and put in a ceramic container. We add one art. a spoonful of sour cream, half a spoonful of lemon juice, one tsp. honey, half a spoonful of vegetable oil. All this is mixed, pour st. l. of oatmeal and mix again. We put the mask 40 minutes before washing on the hair and scalp and wrap. We wash off with shampoo. We do this mask twice a week for a month.
- To accelerate the growth of hair and for their greater density, we make such a mask: mix 3 yolks, one st. l. cranberry juice, one tbsp. l. mustard, as much sour cream, one tsp. apple cider vinegar and apply on hair for 15 minutes before washing. Then wash off and wash my head as usual. Mustard is taken in the form of a mustard powder and diluted with water.
Scratch masks can be enjoyed by owners of dry, weakened and normal hair, but the owners of greasy hair sour cream should not be used. But if you still want to "feed" the scalp and hair follicles, then use lean sour cream diluted with water (1: 1).
To prepare masks for hair with sour cream, you should take natural and fresh sour cream, so it's better to go to the market or buy sour cream from the seller who keeps the farm. After all, only natural sour cream will have a truly curative effect, from which the hair will become healthy, strong, shiny, lush.
All masks are applied immediately after their preparation, the longer the mask will stand, the less useful substance remains in it.
