Home-made cake "Bird's milk" A delicate cake with a biscuit cake and a layer of "bird's milk." "Bird's milk" in this recipe is prepared from whipped proteins with gelatin. There are other options for cooking "poultry milk." For example, it is sometimes made from manga. The cake is prepared very simply, but for a long time. Biscuit biscuit should preferably be baked the day before, so that it spends at least 8 hours. Otherwise, when impregnated, it will soften. To harden the bird's milk, too, it takes time. It is desirable that the cake stay in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. You can decorate the cake in different ways. In this recipe, I suggest you decorate it with chocolate glaze and protein cream.
