Recipe for a hearty supper Meat, potatoes or mushrooms, baked in the oven - this is one of the simplest dishes of almost a festive dinner. The taste of crispy potatoes, tender meat or fragrant mushrooms with sour cream is exquisite, rich and original, although a minimum of time and effort is spent on preparing such dishes. If you mix all these ingredients - it will be even more delicious! This dish resembles a roast in pots, however, it takes a little longer to prepare it. The fact that each ingredient before baking is fried separately using its spices, which emphasize the individual taste and aroma of a product. The result is worth the effort!
Ingredients:- Pork pulp 300g
- Potatoes young 4 pcs.
- Mushrooms champignons 200 g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Cheese hard 100 g
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
- Butter 40 g
- Table vinegar 2 tbsp. l.
- Basil dry 0.5 tsp.
- Oregano dry 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika sweet ground 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Step 1 For the baked meat we need: pork fillet or beef, mushrooms, 3-4 young potatoes, hard cheese, onion, 2 tablespoons sour cream, tablespoon of vinegar, salt, black pepper, paprika, sweet pepper, dried basil and oregano.
- Step 2 We clean the onion, cut into rings or semirings and fill it with vinegar. We leave to marinate while the rest of the ingredients are prepared.
- Step 3 Mushrooms and potatoes are cleaned and cut into thin plates.
- Step 4 In the frying pan, warm up the third part of the oil, pour the mushrooms and add basil, oregano, black pepper and salt. Tush mushrooms for 5 minutes.
- Step 5 Put the mushrooms in the same frying pan and lay another third of the butter and fry the potatoes for 10 minutes, sprinkling with salt and pepper.
- Step 6 Remove the potatoes from the fire and lay them in a thick layer in a baking dish with foil.
- Step 7 Cut the meat into pieces, add your favorite spices and salt. I added black and sweet ground peppers.
- Step 8 Put the remaining oil on the frying pan and fry the meat in it for 10 minutes.
- Step 9 While meat is being cooked, three cheese on a large grater.
- Step 10 In the form with potatoes lay the meat, pour out the oil, which remains in the pan. We spread the ringlets of onions.
- Step 11 The next layer is mushrooms and grated cheese. And the finishing stroke, we smear the "casserole" with sour cream and put it in a preheated to 180 ° C oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Step 12 Done! The dish has an excellent taste and the next day in the preheated form.
