In a large bowl, mix beef, bacon, parsley, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Pour out a mixture of 40 meatballs. Put the meatballs in one layer on the baking sheet. Put in the freezer for 1 hour. Store the meatballs in a sealed container or a closed plastic bag. Before cooking, get the meatballs from the freezer, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, lay the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake until ready, about 15 minutes.
