1. Mix eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Beat into the foam. 2. Add oil and flour. Pour milk and gin. All the mix well. 3. Cut the apples into circles. 4. Put the frying pan on medium heat. Pour 250 ml of oil. 5. Dip the apple slices into the batter. Put 1 tablespoon of the test for each slice. 6. Fry until golden brown on both sides. 7. Put the "pancakes" on a dry towel in order to remove excess oil. 8. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. 9. Serve warm. You can decorate with cream and mint.
