In a medium saucepan boil the milk with sugar. Cool completely, but not in the refrigerator. Dissolve each package of flavored gelatin separately in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water. Set aside. Dissolve plain gelatin in 1/2 cup warm water. Add together with sour cream into chilled milk with sugar. Set aside. Put a gelatin of the same color in the dish. Cool in the refrigerator until it freezes. Then put 1 1/3 cup of chilled cream on the frozen gelatin layer. Lay the layers in this order until all gelatin is used. Cool after each addition of gelatin.
