Squid with vegetables and eggs Recently, squid on my table appear very often, because, firstly, they contain a lot of easily digestible protein; secondly, they are low-calorie; well and thirdly, they are prepared quite quickly and are very tasty. I bring to your attention a recipe of a very simple, tasty and quite harmless for the figure dishes!
Ingredients:- Squid 400 g
- Carrot 2 pcs.
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Lemon 0.25 pcs.
- Step 1 For cooking, you will need squids, carrots, onions, eggs, sunflower oil, lemon, salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 2 Boil the water, squeeze the squid into it. As soon as the water boils again, turn off the fire. Leave the squid for 20 minutes in hot water. Then rinse, peel off the film, remove the chitinous rod.
- Step 3 Peeled squids cut into strips.
- Step 4 Cut the onion into thin quarters.
- Step 5 Carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater.
- Step 6 Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt, add the pepper to taste.
- Step 7 Preheat half the oil and fry the onions until soft.
- Step 8 On the remaining oil until tender, fry the carrots.
- Step 9 Mix the fried carrots, onions and squid. A little salt, add the juice from a quarter of a lemon. Warm up in a frying pan for a minute.
- Step 10 Add the beaten eggs. Mix well, fry for a minute, stirring the mixture all the time. Serve hot to the table. Bon Appetit!
