- sticks of softened butter - 2 Pieces
- sugar - 1 glass
- brown sugar - 1 glass
- eggs - 2 pieces
- vanilla extract - 1 st. a spoon
- wheat flour - 2 cups
- soda - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- instant oat flakes - 2 cups
- of air rice - 1 glass
- Chocolate chips from milk chocolate - 1 1/4 Cups
- mini marshmallow marshmallow - 1 glass
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Beat softened butter, brown sugar and sugar in a large bowl with a mixer. 2. Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition. 3. Then add the vanilla extract. 4. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder. Beat with a mixer at low speed until a uniform consistency is obtained. 5. Add in the dough oat flakes, air rice, chocolate chips and mini-marshmallows. Gently mix all ingredients with a spatula. 6. From the received test to generate balls of the average size, using on each ball about 1 table spoon of the test. Lay the cookies on a baking sheet about 5 cm apart. 7. Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Allow the liver to cool on parchment paper for about 5 minutes.
