Rabbit stew with plums

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

• 1 rabbit weighing 1.5 kg
• 2 tbsp. l. flour
• 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
• 1 glass of white dry wine
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 buds of carnation
• 4 sprigs of parsley
• 500 g of black plums
• 200 g of yellow plums
• 2 tbsp. l. port
• salt, pepper to taste


WHAT TO DO:

1. Peel onion and garlic. Onion cut into rings, crush garlic. Wash the parsley, drain it and chop it. Put the onions, garlic, parsley and cloves on the bottom of the microwave oven.

2. Wash the rabbit, dry it and cut into portions. Mix the flour with salt and pepper. Roll out each piece of rabbit meat in the resulting mixture.
Place the pieces of rabbit on a pallet, put in a microwave and fry in a "crispy" mode, for 3 minutes. from each side. Transfer the rabbit to the baking dish.

3. Extract the juice to pour into the saucepan, add wine, bring to a boil.

4. Wash the black plums and add them to the rabbit. Pour the resulting sauce. Cook in the microwave in the "microwave + convection" mode for 20 minutes. at a temperature of 200 ° C and a power of 160 watts.

5. Wash the yellow plums, cut them in half and remove the stones. Put microwave on the tray, sprinkle with port and cook for 3 minutes.

Rabbit lay on the dish along with black and yellow plums.
