Salad with kohlrabi and turnips

Cut off stiff kohlrabi stems. Cut the leaves longitudinally into thin strips. Trim the root of the root from the bulb and remove the hard outer layer. Cut in half along the length. Clear and cut the turnip into 4 parts. Finely chop the green onions. In the food processor, grind the kohlrabi with the turnip. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, peanut butter, honey and sesame oil, season with salt and pepper. Add the onions, chopped kohlrabi and turnips into a bowl, stir. Leave to stand for 15 minutes and serve.
