- Chest circumference - beyond the elbow joint.
The resulting length of the back dividing by 10 - you get the size of the side of the squares, which will be used to build the following scheme:
On a suitable sheet of paper, draw a grid with the size of the square obtained from previous estimates. Draw the backrest, then move the rest of the points A, B, C, and D along the squares. The distance from the top of the back to points B and C should be equal to the half-engagement of the chest. Note: the stomach is an integral part, and the backrest will consist of 2 parts. By connecting the obtained points, as in the figure, you can proceed to transfer the resulting pattern to the fabric (fleece will be suitable). It is riddled with shallow or soap, observing the following nuances:
- If the sewing machine has a function of "sewing in a zigzag", then the parts will need to be sewn together;
- otherwise it is recommended to leave allowances on seams.

- Measure the length of the backrest, which is determined from the neck to the tail. This distance will be a segment of AB, it will be drawn on paper first.
